2009 is a tough year for everybody. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to attend this year's Symposium in Liverpool.

We have listened to your feedback and lowered the registration fees by 200 Euros.

If you have already paid, you will receive a refund from us. If you have already registered, we will send you a new invoice at the new lower price.

How to Register

Beginning 1 Oct, register for PPI TS18 in person at Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool.

Payment of the conference fess must be paid in full when registering in person. Fees may be paid using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or in cash (Euros or Pounds).

• Guest Registration
  Only available to spouses & companions of registered PPI TS18 delegates. Allows access to cocktail receptions. Tour packages are available for an additional fee. NOT AVAILABLE TO CO-WORKERS, COLLEAGUES, OR VISITORS INVITED BY EXHIBITORS. All visitors to the conference and exhibition must register and wear the appropriate badge to gain entry into the various functions.

All TS18 delegates must pay 15% VAT on top of the registration fees outlined below. The VAT fees may be reclaimed from the UK government through our provider, Tax Back International.




Group Discounts


Bring more people from your company and pay less per person!

Individuals must work for the same company. Registration should be done at the same time to ensure appropriate allocation of the discounted fee. Discount cannot be combined to an existing discount or offer.

Cancellation / Change Policy

• If you register for PPI Transport Symposium 18 and are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague at any time with no additional charge.
• Otherwise, cancellations must be received in writing by 1 September 2009.
• There will be a 20% service charge for all cancelled registrations.
• Cancellations received after 1 September 2009 will not be eligible for a refund.
